Our Packing Factory
The Shenzhen factory has 300 skilled workers, covering 5000 square meters, it produces paper jewelry box, plastic jewelry box, velvet jewelry box, gift box, shopping bag, watch box, jewerly tray for small quantity order and fast delivery order. Other factory is far away from the sea port, jewelry boxes & jewelry displays produced there takes extra times from the middle land city to Shenzhen, that’s why Tongxing keep this factory here.
The Xiangyang factory has 970 employees and 17,000 square meters workshop. It is a stronger & bigger & updated Shenzhen factory. The main products of this factory are jewellery packaging boxes, paper shopping bags, gift packaging boxes and watch packaging boxes. More skillful workmen makes the production time be shorter.
The Qingxi factory produces jewelry display props & display tray, they are handcaraft with a long production time.
The Beihai factory is updated Dongguan factory, produce jewelry display props & display tray, they are handcaraft as well. Again, it could shorten the production time because of larger workshop and more workmen.
The Dongguan factory produce jewelry organizer boxes only. It includes travel jewelry organizer, wood jewelry organizer and so on.

Quality Control
To offer great quality jewelry boxes, Tongxing Packing has strict quality control process. It is made up with 6 different process.
The 1st process is raw material supplier inspection. Tongxing Packing has several raw materials and keep reaching new suppliers. If some supplier offer bad quality goods, we will remove it from the supply list and choose other suppliers. We will also go to supplier’s workshop every 3 monthes to make sure their workshop runs in good condition.
The 2nd process is in-come material inspection. Jewelry boxes and jewelry displays are highly customized, the raw mateirals changes a lots. QC men need to check the quality as well as meterial matching.
The 3nd process is pre-production inspection. Every production line has a leader who need to check all materials according to production order the day before production time.
The 4rd process is flowing QC. Some people keep walking around and inspecting production line randomly.
The 5th process is regular QC. Every production line has a QC man at the end of production.
Jewelry boxes and jewelry display could be packed into cartons only if they passed all these 5 production quality process.
